The Perechyn community carried out the capture, sterilization, and vaccination of stray animals

On October 9–10, 2025, scheduled work was carried out in the Perechyn territorial community to catch, sterilize, and vaccinate stray animals.

Specialists worked in the city of Perechyn and the village of Vorochevo, in particular on Pidhirna, Tsentralna, and Uzhanska streets (checkpoint area), Pokrovska Street, Nezalezhnist and Narodna squares, as well as other locations in the community.

During the event, 10 stray dogs and cats were caught, sterilized, and vaccinated.

Specialists and veterinarians from Lutsk, representatives of the public organization “Rescue of Four-Legged Friends,” joined the work. Local authorities thanked the team for their professionalism and contribution to solving the problem of stray animals in the community.

Such initiatives contribute to the creation of a safer, more humane, and more responsible environment for people and animals.
